A fantastic blend of soothing music and essential Tibetan mantras. We can all use a bit of peace during these times.

The music is nice, but I couldn’t understand anything he said. Mostly not in English, and when he did speak the King’s English he tends to mumble. I guess he’s up in age, tired from hanging out with Richard Tiffany Gere, and all the Hollywood jet setters.

This is a peaceful album, and easy to listen to. I played it while meditating and found that it neither added nor negatively affected the session. I had hoped for more speaking/teaching from the Dalai Lama on the album, and selfishly, of course, had expected his teachings to be in English.
