TSO's debut album, Christmas Eve and Other Stories, is probably their most accessible and a good first purchase if you've never heard of this band outside of their remake of Carol of the Bells (actually titled Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24), but devout TSO fans like me will tell you that The Lost Christmas Eve right here is their best Christmas album. I was fortunate enough to see them live for the first time last year, and all I can say is WOW. I'm so glad that this band will continue to tour live even after the death of mastermind/guitarist Paul O'Neill. RIP.

Bought this album last year before seeing them perform it in concert. Different twist to the Christmas season than your typical Christmas carols. It's a great album with awesome sounds but the music cannot be done justice without seeing the live show. The concert experience will blow you away and you'll have a lot more respect and appreciation for the musicians and the talent they have. But more fun to be familiar with the music before you go. Looking forward to what they come out with next!
