  • The Devi Prayer

I heard the Devi Prayer for the first time during shevasana in yoga class. This is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever heard. It is so soothing and transports you to a peaceful place where I wish we could all be transported to. Life is so stressful. The sound of Ananda's voice is so soothing. This song can truly help turn a stressful day into one of peace and contentment. I am grateful to have this song on my playlist to be able to access at any time. It is a TRUE FIND and a MUST for anyone who needs a little peace in their life. ENOY!

I came across this accidentally and I'm so grateful that I did. It truly sounds like the universe is singing to your soul when you listen to this all the way through. And like other reviewers said, the frequency of this music has healing qualities that you can feel instantly. I'm not really well traveled in spiritual music, and this seems like a rare gem compared to most of the stuff I land on. Inspiring would be an understatement.
  • Unbelievably gorgeous

Not a spiritual person, bought this just to chill and try to relax to something soothing (after hearing it in a restorative yoga class and searching EVERYWHERE for it just by guessing at the words I thought she was saying). Still can't say I understand the words or the meaning, but holy crap, the Devi Prayer is one of the most surreal, beautiful, nurturing, and comforting pieces of music I've ever heard in my life. This song just transports me. It is the single best thing I've found so far to help me try to meditate, when nothing else could calm my 500-mph mind. It is lush, rich, multi-layered, with goose-bump-inducing echoes and transitions from voice to music (where her voice ends and the music begins is impossible to tell in parts) and she couldn't possibly sound more perfectly perfect. The constant sadness, anger, and frustration I feel in my vegan activism when running up against a largely apathetic and self-centered world sometimes takes a toll on my emotional well-being. But if "healing" had a sound, this song would be it. I'd give it 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much for recording this amazing piece of work.

One of my favorite yogis played this album during a deeply spiritual meditation. I've been looking for it ever since! This music is moving, centering, relaxing, and empowering in perfect balance. My most favorite for clearing the mind and practicing any for of self care/meditation/relaxation/yoga! I feel a powerful connection to the devine within when listening to this album.

  • Best Sacred Music I have ever heard!

    By Jonah Kai
The singer on this album has the seetest most nurturing voice I have ever heard! When I first heard this album I feel asleep on my friend's couch in Hawaii and dreamed of beautiful Goddesses and Angels singing me lullabies. I seriously felt so real! When I woke up, I realised the Angel's voices were there becuase this album was playing. It meant the world to be able to own it and listen to it durring my meditations. I sometimes play it for my plants when I am not home. Buy this album! To have the sacred names of the Beloved sung over and over, it is a very cleansing and heart-healing experience.
